Nocturnal means of airglow intensity for the O₂(0-1) Atmospheric band at El Leoncito (32°S, 69°W), in 2006. Intensities have been adjusted for consistency with data before October 2002 (to compensate for photomultiplier change). From 13 Jul to 12 Sep possible tidal bias (partial night coverage). The green line here corresponds to the climatology explained in Reisin and Scheer (2009).
