Nocturnal means of airglow intensity for the OH(6-2) band at El Leoncito (32°S, 69°W), in 2002-2003. The off-scale value for May 24 (not shown) has positive tidal bias (few data), but still confirms the high level of the previous night. Intensities since November (in cyan; preliminary) have been adjusted for a 50% sensitivity loss suffered at the end of October. The green line here corresponds to the climatology explained in Reisin and Scheer (2009).
