The stability of the instrument sensitivity can be appreciated from the good agreement between the two traces of the stellar and galactic background channel, in spite of the long time separation. The two peaks between 21:00 and 22:30 belong to the galactic center region. Also, several star signatures are well reproduced ( in the 2001 data, the abrupt glitches at 01:15 and 05:40 are due to electrical interference, and the enhancement around local midnight is probably from moon-lit haze).
